The 62nd Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) will take place 28 September – 2 October 2026 at the Allianz MiCo – Milan Convention Centre, Milan, Italy, bringing together the global diabetes community to discuss the latest advances in research, prevention and care.
As part of the programme, on the 29th of September JACARDI will co-host a joint symposium with the European Diabetes Forum (EUDF) entitled “Reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes in Europe: Early evidence from the JACARDI Joint Action.” The session will showcase JACARDI’s progress and feature pilot experiences from Italy and Belgium, highlighting data-driven approaches, diabetes registries, and innovative screening initiatives that support the implementation of the EU Safe Hearts Plan.
