The European Public Health (EPH) Conference is one of Europe’s leading public health events, bringing together researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and students to share evidence, exchange ideas, and shape the future of public health.
The pre-conference “Operationalising the Safe Hearts Plan through European Joint Actions” focuses on how evidence generated through European Joint Actions, such as JACARDI and JA PreventNCD, can support the implementation of the Safe Hearts Plan and strengthen cardiovascular health and NCD prevention across Europe.
The session brings together policymakers, researchers, public health professionals, clinicians, civil society representatives, and European institutions to exchange experiences and discuss how Joint Action outcomes can be translated into policy and practice. The programme is designed as a collaborative discussion that leverages diverse expertise to generate insights and support future European-level public health action.
