Overview of the Evaluation Plan

The evaluation plan consists of two main components:

1.

Interim and Final Evaluation of JA Implementation:

to assess the progress of tasks, milestones, and deliverables according to the timetable set in the Grant Agreement.

2.

Evaluation of JA Activities:

to evaluate the project throughout the lifecycle, from November 2023 to October 2027 process adherence, output, outcomes, and overall impact of the Joint Action activities based on our detailed evaluation plan.

Objectives of WP3

The primary objectives of WP3 are to:

  • Monitor the achievement of project milestones.
  • Evaluate adherence to processes, and the quality and impact of outputs.
  • Support project leaders and staff in achieving outcomes.
  • Enhance the quality and effectiveness of project activities.

WP3’s comprehensive evaluation plan ensures that JACARDI stays on track, achieves its objectives, and continuously improves its efforts to reduce the burden of CVD and DM.

By integrating both formative and summative evaluation methods, the quality of the interventions are enhanced and actionable insights for future public health projects can be provided.
