Objectives of WP1

The main objectives of WP1 are to:

  • Ensure efficient management
  • Administrative and financial management
  • Monitor progress
  • Facilitate the Consortium communication and external communication with HaDEA, DG SANTE, and the European Commission
  • Data Protection Compliance, ensuring that all data are processed in compliance with EU GDPR and national data protection laws. Set up an Ethical Board to monitor compliance with ethical requirements and regulatory provisions
  • Scientific Coordination, ensuring scientific harmonization across work packages, enhancing quality and engaging in scientific communications

Coordination Structure

The governance structure of JACARDI includes:

  • Governance Bodies: General Assembly (GA), Executive Board (EB).
  • Advisory Bodies: Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), Stakeholders Advisory Board (StAB), Implementation Board (IB), Transversal synergies groups (with JA PreventNCD and the Action Grants).

The Coordination Team leads the overall management and ensures that all aspects of the project align with the objectives and standards set forth.
